Natives Arena is a discovery directory for African and immigrant-owned businesses across Canada. We help local shoppers find authentic shops, restaurants, services, and professionals by city and category.
We’re starting with major hubs like Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, and Vancouver — expanding frequently. If your city isn’t listed, submit anyway; we’ll approve the city during review.
Yes — a Free plan is available. You can upgrade anytime to a Featured plan for more visibility (priority placement and spotlight tags).

Submission & Edits
Everything about creating or updating your business profile.
Business name, category, city, address/map, phone/email, website or social link, and at least one high-quality photo (logo + gallery recommended). Landscape images ≥ 1600×900 look best.
Yes. If you’re logged in you can save and return. When ready, click Submit for review.
Most listings are reviewed within 24–48 hours to keep the directory high-quality and trustworthy.
Open the listing and select “Claim This Business”. Provide proof of ownership (official email, phone, or document). We verify quickly.
Absolutely — you can update photos, hours, description, menus, and links anytime from your dashboard.

Plans & Payments
Free vs Featured, billing, and upgrades.
Free gives you a complete profile and search placement. Featured adds priority placement, spotlight tags, and more visibility in city/category pages.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe/PayPal. You can start free and upgrade anytime. Billing can be monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose.
Yes — you can cancel or switch plans at any time from your billing dashboard. Your listing remains live on the current plan until the end of the paid period.

Accounts & Moderation
Trust, reviews, and community standards.
Customers can rate and review your business. We moderate for spam, hate, or inappropriate content. You can reply to reviews publicly to build trust.
Listings must follow Canadian law and our community guidelines. We may restrict alcohol, tobacco, or adult-oriented services, or require extra verification.
Use the “Report” option on the listing or email contact@nativesarena.com. We’ll review and correct quickly.
